About these terms

These terms apply to orders placed with Sentinel Technologies (Pty) Ltd (“Sentinel”, “we”, “us”) through this website, by WhatsApp, by email or at our office. Our office is at Unit 9, HTS-BAU Industrial Park, 3520 Iscor Street, Northern Industry, Windhoek, Namibia. You can reach us on +264 81 7220953, by WhatsApp or at info@sentinel.com.na, Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00.

Please read these terms together with our Delivery & Collection, Returns & Refunds, Warranty & Repairs, Payments & Pricing and Privacy Policy pages, which form part of them.

How ordering works

1. Choose your products and exact configuration, then add them to your bag.
2. Send us an order request from the bag by WhatsApp or email. Before you send it, you can review every item, quantity and price, correct any mistake, or cancel.
3. We confirm availability, the final price, your delivery or collection arrangement and payment details in writing.
4. Your order is accepted once you have paid in line with that confirmation and we have acknowledged payment.

Sending an order request, adding items to your bag or saving products does not by itself create a contract. If a product becomes unavailable after you have paid, we will tell you promptly and refund you in full within 30 days.

Products and descriptions

We sell genuine Apple products and accessories. Each listing identifies the exact model, configuration and SKU. Photographs show the product and selected finish as closely as possible; accessories shown with a device are only included when the description says so.

Some configurations are regional models. Features, network compatibility and service options can vary by region, so please ask us before ordering if this matters for your use.

Prices

All prices include VAT. Courier delivery is quoted separately before you pay. If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you before accepting your order; you may then confirm at the correct price or cancel.

Your right to cancel

You may cancel an order for any reason within 7 days of receiving the goods. See Returns & Refunds for how this works and when refunds are paid.

Warranty

Apple products are covered by the Apple One (1) Year Limited Warranty, provided by Apple. See Warranty & Repairs. The warranty is in addition to your rights under Namibian law.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for supplying the products you order as described and in good condition. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of data, income or business opportunity. Please back up your devices regularly. Nothing in these terms limits any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Trademarks and website use

Sentinel Technologies is an Apple Authorised Reseller through Core Products, Apple’s authorised distributor. Apple, iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and AirPods are trademarks of Apple Inc.; Sentinel Technologies is not Apple Inc. Other product names belong to their respective owners.

Please do not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms published when you place an order apply to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia.
