How to choose, order and receive your products from Sentinel.
How to order
- Choose your product. Open any product to pick its colour, storage and other options; the price updates to your exact configuration.
- Add it to your bag. Review your items and quantities at any time.
- Send your order request. From the bag, choose Collect in Windhoek or courier delivery, then send the request by WhatsApp or email.
- Receive your confirmation. We confirm availability, the final price, any delivery cost and how to pay.
- Pay and receive. Pay by EFT, card at our office or cash on collection, then collect your order or receive it by courier.
Choosing the right product
Each product shows the exact configuration and SKU you are ordering. Photographs show your selected finish where available. If you are unsure which model suits you, or whether a regional model is right for you, send us an enquiry and we will help.
Before you buy
Prices include VAT. You can return an order within 7 days of receiving it, and Apple products carry the Apple One (1) Year Limited Warranty. Read the full details in our store information pages below.
