Collect your order in Windhoek or have it delivered by courier.
Collect in Windhoek
Collect your order from our office at Unit 9, HTS-BAU Industrial Park, 3520 Iscor Street, Northern Industry, Windhoek, Namibia, Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00. We will let you know by WhatsApp or email when your order is ready. Please bring your order reference; we may ask for identification before handing over high-value items.
Courier delivery
We deliver by courier to addresses in Namibia. The delivery cost and expected timing are confirmed with your order, before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and can vary for remote areas. We do not deliver outside Namibia.
When your order arrives
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, incomplete or not what you ordered, keep the packaging, take photographs and contact us within 7 days on +264 81 7220953, by WhatsApp or at info@sentinel.com.na. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you.
If we cannot deliver
We aim to dispatch or have your order ready for collection promptly once payment has cleared. If an item becomes unavailable or will be delayed, we will tell you straight away; you may then wait, choose an alternative or cancel for a full refund.
